Long before Theo Angell was in Hall of Fame or Jackie O Motherfucker, it was late '94 and he was living in an apartment on Eldridge St. with Samara Lubelski. There, he recorded the first four songs on this tape, only playing the recordings for an old friend who has since passed away. The other five songs were recorded in Portland, Oregon, spring and winter of '95. 'I was a little bashful about it all. I just filed them away when I was done and moved on to Hall of Fame.' Expansive J-Card with artwork from Theo of the period, recently found on barely transferrable discs in boxes in the attic of an old house. Program repeats on side B, making this a 90 minute chrome tape with only seconds of dead space.
